I am using the NVP/SOAP API to accept payments on my woocommerce website. This was working perfectly until suddenly the API is returning an error. The URL https://www.paypal.com/webapps/xoonboarding/api/onboard/guest is returning {"ack":"contingency","contingency":"EXISTING_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED".....
The account that I am using as a merchant account is a business account without any limits and restrictions. Only the API is returning this error. There are no restrictions visible in the paypal dashboard. I really appreciate your help. Thanks
