My paypal express checkout is not working

Hi, 

I am from india and I created a shopify store- spazesports.com. I have recently included paypal express checkout as my payment gateway. But everytime I try to buy an item, It shows "We are unable to process........." with a return to merchant button. I only have paypal as my current option as others are still under processing only. I have tested myself and also with a friend with multiple devices too.

Yet the same thing happens. It is really tough and I am loosing so many customers. Please help me get over this hurdle. Also when I click on create account, I get redirected to debit/credit card option. I know it really shouldn't happen as I also have paypal cookies on my computer.
