My customer ‘s card payment got rejected ( do they need a paypal account?)
I was under the impression that if I request payment under a business account, my customer is able to click on the link and make a payment with a credit card without the need to have a paypal account. However, when she clicked on the link, she was prompted to sign up a paypal account. I am situated outside of the US, and my customer is in another country( not US). Is that why?
