may i know how to link with paypal, as attachment is the guideline to enable integration of affiliate system with paypal (as i need to have mass payout to my client via paypal), attachment is the guideline to obtain clientID and secret id in paypal, after checked, my account seemed dont have the "payout" option set as "enabled" in my business type account.
may i know how can i proceed to enable the "payout" appear in my business type account, so that i can obtain the client id and secret id input in my affiliate system for integration ?
https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accountStatus/ (page) the "Payouts" for sandbox is enabled, but "LIVE" is not enable, how to enable it?
