My Donations button always errors, even if testing with a valid Paypal account

Hi there guys. 

I recently added a donations button to my free membership website. I followed all the steps correctly, and have the code on my site. There seems to always be an orange error whenever trying to donate. I have gotten a few mates with Paypal accounts to do test donations and nothing seems to work. 

Am I missing something here?
