My Customers are facing Serious Problem while making the payment.

Hi,

 

Whenever my customers are trying to make the payment using debit card this error message is coming - 

 

"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."

 

Please look into the matter and give me the solution.

Go to Account Settings > My Selling Tools > Website Preferences > Update > PayPal Account Optional > Enable

i do not have options like this in my account. these are totally different 

 

i have the option of - 

"Website payment preferences"

 

under that i have completed everything
