Must my customer have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card

Hi,

We are just finishing the integration from our webside to PayPal.

Looking at the sandbox, it looks like, that we as a customer must have a PayPal account, when we are paying with a MasterCard (or any credit card).

As the vendor we have a PayPal account.

Under development, this was not the case - it popped up now we are "in sandbox mode" just before production.

Is it optional to have a PayPal account - and in this case, is there somewhere we must "tick this off".

From in your Seller Preferences.

Select Website Preferences

At the bottom of the page you'll find PayPal Account Optional.
