Multiple separate payments under one form option

I have a non-profit client who is organizing a charity golf tournament.  Participants in the tournament will fill out a registration on a website.  After filling out the form they will then be prompted to pay for their selection.  One of the selections is a foursome.  What frequently happens is that one person will register all four individuals for the foursome but each wants to pay separately and get a separate receipt for tax purposes.  Is there any way I can do this with PayPal.  Thank you

What you have in may be possible but, the code needed for the form would have to custom scripted - the online button creator can do a lot but, it does have it limits.
