Multiple Accounts

I have a business account but I would like to have a personal account so that I can use the PayPal cash card and so that my friends and family can send money to me That’s my biggest issue with business account it won’t allow my family to send me money it says this account does accept personal payments something like that why? Is there a setting I could change for this tomato happening or do in red a total separate Account? Thanks so much

I'm not aware of Business accounts not being able to receive personal Friends & Family payments. You may want to contact PayPal support about this issue.

If you want to open a PayPal Personal account, this would be fine. PayPal allows users a maximum of two accounts, one Personal account and one Business account. Each account will need a different email address and financial accounts.
