Money refund

Hello I bought item on Wish on 18.01.2020 Due to very long delivery time I cancelled the purchase and apply for full money refund which I’ve got on my paypal acc on 6.04.2020 but in a mean time I’ve changed my card details and I’m not able to receive those money. I’ve contact my previous bank about it but they told me that the money are now “bouncing ” between PayPal and seller.. Is there any way my refund could be sorted to my new card details which are set up on my paypal acc? Thanks
