A few years back PP did a UI update and myself and several people noticed that the buttons link was missing from the toolbar.
Well as you know, there was another UI update a while back and once again my button link dissapeared.
It was saved under favourites, but it is not there, in fact if you search the tools menu for button it returns nothing.
I called and explained the situation and was given a cludgy work around but was told the case would be escalated.
After a few weeks of hearing nothing I sent a mail, then a few weeks after hearing nothing I sent another mail.
So here we are, a few weeks after that and my account still has no saved buttons in my menu.
Anyone know how to get PP to fix this?
