I ordered a card reader, before I realized when I downloaded the app- I got a free reader. Is there anyway to contact a person at PayPal to see if they can stop payment and give me a refund before it is shipped. It still says "pending" in mmy activities area. Very difficult to actually find customer service - I'm a Newbie.
