We use our PayPal account sometimes for payout to customers. I want my customers to receive exactly the expected amount hence I would like an option to bear their fees or add the proper amount to the payment. Is there a way for me to tell in advance what fees are expected in the receiver side? Or does PayPal allow me to bear the recipient's fees?
