We have been using PayPal for about 4 years now and I wish to apply for a lower merchant rate , as we have sales over $10,000 a month .What is the official turnover per month , to successfully change our rate? I cannot find application form or way to lodge a claim , where is it located as the links I click on , don't take to me to an application page ?
