Merchant Fees

Good Afternoon, 

Could anyone advise if or how I can get my merchant fees reduced?

I am UK based and all my transactions are Ebay sales, I am being charged 4.5% currently but this seems higher than I expected to be paying?

My revenue for this weekend is already £3600, so the current % fees that Paypal are charging me are on the high side, can anyone help?
