I've seen that you can set the "Currency Code" on a Payout file, and that you have to amend the decimal separator to a comma with some currencies. I've also read that if a foreign recipient gets funds in a currency they don't have, they can convert, open a wallet in that currency, or reject.
I'm trying to make life easy for me and my users.
So if I set the Payout file to use US only, and sent the funds to (say) Germany, the recipient would be able to convert to Euro (and lose a little on conversion costs), or open a wallet in US Dollars?
Sounds an obvious statement, but seems nothing on PayPal is designed to make things easy.
