Currently having an issue where Checkout Shows 'payment has been declined' however the transaction is Approved as a Sale and Completes at PayPal.com.
At this point Magento does NOT invoice/complete the order.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
We have worked with the following fields on both the paypal manager site, and within Magento, and after making changes in Magento, flushing cache, and re-testing, with the issue continuing.

I have seen various discussions in regards to the IPN / return url and using GET vs POST
