So I purchased on 4/5/20 from Reggie Upshaw it stated the money won't leave my account until he processes my order, the funds were taken immediately. I've yet to receive any sort of confirmation of my order details. When & where my order will be delivered, nothing yet. I'm wondering if it's legit. Since then I've made online purchases from other merchants & they've been in correspondence. What do you think of this? Is it normal for merchants to operate in this manner?
