Logging in as a developer on another account

Hi there,

I have been added as a developer on a different account in order to do some work for someone.

But I do not know how to login to heir account using the credentials.

I was given a

USER ID - jsmith

TEMP PW - 123Blahblah

But if I login to my account I cannot see how to access the secoind one.

And using these credentials does not let me login to the client account.

Anyone know how to fix this?
