Link to Bank Account - Singapore

Hi there, I need help to link my bank account under my Paypal account. I have send a message to Paypal Message Centre for help but it will take 90 days to reply my question. 

Ay singaporean can help me on this issues, I have tried both POSB and DBS bank and account type are Current and Saving. I have waited for 2 days, the banks have not receiving the small amount ($0.05 SG). I have called the bank and they said I have typed in the right branch code - POSB (081), DBS (120)..

Have I missed anything?

I also having the same issue, trying the paypal facebook support but it helpless and keep divert me to other topic.

I have the same problem. Does the name matters? In the bank, the name is Tan Ah Kow, but in Paypal is Ah Kow Tan.
