My ex made a paypal using my personal information and my account has been limited due to the negative balance. I paid it off I have verified my identity twice. Closed the account she made and completed all requirements asked of me by PayPal now two weeks later my account is still under limitation and I cant access my money. I cant get anyone on the Phone what can I do to get my money.
