Hello all!
We just added a feature that'll execute a mass payment for all customers that pending payouts every 15 minutes.
I'm seeing one hiccup.
"Customer A" will get a payout, and it will be successful. Unique amount and batch number.
(time passes, but less than 24 hours)
"Customer A" gets another payout. Different amount, unique batch number. This payout is declined as "duplicate", but there is nothing duplicate about it except the Customer.
Is there an undocumented restriction on how often I can payout to a person?
