I have paid off 11 loans to working capital total 128,500.00 I have a 100% feedback on ebay been a member 21 years paid off my last loan for 38,000.00in 472 days when i try to apply for another loan it says different things today says linked with another pay pal account nothing has changed since my first loan will be 71 in August wonder if working Capital has a cut off age for these loans thank you for your time .
