I recently shipped an item, it was delivered on Thursday 18th as confirmed by the buyer, but the money is still on hold. The tracking number I added does not work, in spite of it being the exact one supplied by my courier service. I contacted ebay (where I sold the item) and they told me that they were unable to resolve it, and I would have to contact PayPal. I have been unable to get a link for live chat. Any suggestions?
