Recently purchased a card reader through PayPal Here on October 2nd, however, I was rejected by PayPal Here when I tried to sign up (?) so I changed my mind about the order. I contacted them through email before it shipped to try and cancel the order, but it shipped anyway and they never responded to my email. I emailed them again last Friday about a return and a refund and have not heard back either. PayPal also won’t let me open a dispute against the order, so I’m stuck right now. Anyone else have this problem with PayPal Here? Any recommendations on the best way to contact them in regards to a return and refund? Thank you!
