Issues being faced on Check Out via PayPal on Shopify

Hello Everyone, 
Please is someone could guide me; 

I got on Shopify with our drop shipping business,

While on Check Out, credit card payments are not going through

I have PayPal Express enabled on Shopify to receive payments

Please help
