Invoice Payment Pending

I just made and sent my first invoice for a sale a few says ago, it says the customer paid but the invoice is still pending wjth no funds showing in my account. Why is this and how long does it take to usually resolve itself?

WHERE does it say the payment has been made? Are the funds in your paypal balance?

If not then be very careful that you are not receiving spoof fake emails as that is how scams work.

Under the recent activity area it says 'payment recieved - pending'
