I have a buyer in Greece and I am trying to figure out what charges would be applied by PayPal in order to make this tranaction feasable where I am not covering all the cost to ship. I beleive PayPal charges a 4.2% sales fee for international sales, just need to know what their international conversion fee would be on $43.50 (merchandise), $25.00 (shipping). Does PayPal go by the total including shipping to confirgure the 4.2% sales fee?
