Instant Transfer doesn't show existing bank link as an option

I'm trying to do an instant transfer, but stuck in a loop. I already have a bank account linked to my account. Yet when attempting to do an instant transfer, it doesn't give me an option to choose that existing account. Instead, it prompts me to link to a new debit card or bank account.

 

When I choose the Bank Account path, after it logs me into my bank, it provides a couple of other accounts that I have at that bank, and it lists the account I already have linked as such. I don't want to link the other accounts, so I uncheck them, then try to click Next. It states I must choose at least one account! So if the account is already linked, why is it not allowing me to use it for instant transfer?
