Incorrect merchant email on acknowledgment

I just noticed that on the acknowledgment email for a subscription, our email address is shown incorrectly. It is the email address we had when we set the account up many years ago. It no longer works.

 

I have looked all over the settings and I can't find this anywhere..

How do I change it?
