In which field is the Customer Name and Email captured in the trigger PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED

I need to capture  Customer Name and Email from a successful sale initiated from the  Paypal  button  in wordpress website. The trigger used is PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED. However i could not find the email and customer name in the field values.

How can I locate the email and customer name in PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED field value pair.
