Since June 2019 we no longer receive orders via paypal on the <removed> website. We thought it was a problem with the old website which was developed with joomla and OS commerce. Since the beginning of November 2019 we switched to a new website developed on prestashop. We have configured the Paypal module including the necessary Paypal credentials. The Paypal logo appears well but when the order is placed using message it gives an error message. We tried all the configurations but nothing works. However we tried with a paypal account with a french address and it works. Our Fleuritel paypal account has an address in <removed>. Could this be the cause of the problem ? But then why did it work for years with the old site.
