I would be very wary about using paypal during this time.

Essentially, a buyer can complain that their package is yet to be delivered, due to delays in the international delivery at this time.
Despite being about to show proof that the parcel was posted, that it is still on-route, paypal settles the dispute in the buyers favour - reason no proof of delivery.
Yes, we are aware its not yet delivered....

What this effectively means is that I can purchase expensive items from overseas, and then as soon as they are delayed, which at this time is basically a given, I can complain and get a full refund. Then in a few weeks the parcel will arrive, and I will have it free of charge.
