If PayPal doesn’t accept my charity confirmation will they contact me?

I’m working to transfer GoFundMe funds to a business PayPal account (as a charity organization). PayPal says they’ll email me in about 5 days if my identity can be confirmed. If it’s not, will they email me and let me know?
