If I could rate PayPal buyers protection service I would rate it "0".The seller cancelled my order on ebay and I got FULL refund from seller, but PayPal took 55 GBP their cut (comission) from total amount purchase 391 GBP. Why guys? is that how you protect your clients? That's a shame!
Why should I use PayPal in that case it is safer to Pay directly with visa card, they will not charge me 14% on refund.
