I purchased an item from BUW Beauty Supply on 4/29/20 and have had to initiate a dispute with PayPayl regarding this seller who has been completely non-responsive from the start of the transaction. They got my money and refuse to respond to emails and/or provide an estimated date of shipping. Their website boast quick shipping times of 2 to 6 business days and for me its been almost 30 days and I have yet to receive an email back from BUW. I have sent multiple emails to a Lina at BUW who still won't respond, the seller has also not responded to paypal. At this point I don't want to do business with BUW and would encourage any other consumer to avoid shopping with them and use another vendor/seller for hair products. I view this company as scammers who false advertise on FB and Intagram to target the African American community particularly women of color.
