I want to get rid of the option to donate as a guess

Hello

I have a web based in Switzerland I was using the plugin Give for a couple of years without problem ( set up as paypal standard) Now when somebody wants to make a donation and she/he is redirecting to Paypal I see the option pat with Paypal or Credit card, I want to get rid of the option to pay with credit card. 

I have the setting PayPal Account Optional section, select Off, but I am still seeing the option.

How can I prevent this?? I really asked many times to Paypal support but they never answer propetly. Very frustating...

I also see that there is a possibility to make a custom page... but unfortunately I can´t find where to do it.
