Hi!
I'm new to the community but have been a PayPal user for many years now - primarily for online selling + purchasing.
Typically, when I sell an item (on ebay, depop, etc.), I receive a Paypal notification and see the money in my balance. This time however, I received the notification and can see the positive transaction, yet I can't find the money anywhere. It's not in my Paypal balance, wallet, bank account, etc. The sale happened yesterday.
Does anyone have any advice or know how I should resolve this? I feel I could be overlooking something...
