ARRRGH! Every time I edit my business account on Paypal it has changed. I need to update the tax rate for my Paypal buttons but cannot find how to do this now. It used to be under Paypal Profile, but this page has no business info now. If, while editing the existing buttons, I click on "view" in order to see the current tax rate, it takes me to a 404 page that says it no longer exists. How do I change this tax rate on the buttons? Thanks!
