I can't register my non-profit in the "PayPal Giving Fund"

I keep getting this message, and I have updated the business info many times: Your business category is not eligible

To confirm your charity, your business category has to be Nonprofit and your sub-category has to be Charity.

i should mention, after contacting customer support as directed above, they were able to manually resolve; and it was quite fast (about a day or less)

Do you know what they did to fix or what group you ultimately ended up speaking to? I filled out a ticket and they closed it and redirected me back to the chat function to repeat the same conversation ive had 10 times before! Lol.
