I am unable to transfer funds to my account nor i am able to send it to the vendors

I have received 5 payments for the services which i have delivered already but i could not transfer the payment into my account nor i can send it to the vendors. It says we were unable to process your transaction. My account is verified as i have provided all the documents.

i cant transfer my paypal money to my bank account that was linked.
