How to get a refund on an unused shipping label

Purchased a shipping label for the return of an item the purchaser decided they didn't want.

A month later and they decided to keep it.

How can I get a refund on that label?

PayPal USPS shipping labels allow you up to 48 hours to void and get a refund.

Contact your financial institution that funded payment to dispute it but no guarantees.
