How to downgrade from Business to Personal account if Customer service not availbale?

Hi,

I upgraded my personal account to business, but I want to reverse it! I want my personal account back

As far as I know I have to contact Customer Service in order to get my ols account back, but Customer Service is impossible to reach!

No email contact, no phone number is avaialable here! Paypal's Customer Service totally unavailable!

What shall I do?

Please HELP!
