This is a real mystery. You can choose from contact an option to complain and then to either call or message. I chose message, sent my full complaint details and got a COPY/PASTE reply that my account is limitted and that's it. HELLO? I have made a complaint, can a human reply to it, answering to the details of the complaint? This is required by the FSA !!!
