Hello everyone. I have a USD card and I always make purchases from it in USD, but when I enter it into PayPal and try to make a purchase on eBay, it recognizes as a GBP card. Below is an example, I have to always select USD manually to avoid any exchange rate costs. This always happens with USD cards.
This causes exchange rate costs on every purchase I make. Now, I have changed this currency before, by emailing PayPal customer support but since recently they cause so much hassle to do this. I have been trying to do this for over a month now. Today when I communicated with an agent, he said I need to do this via my card provider, which does not even sound like a sensible answer.
