We're a merchant doing some significant monthly volumes online, and it indicates lower rates are available. However, I have been unable to figure out how/where to apply. When I click "find out more" on the Payment Pro, it says we're not eligible. We're doing over $300k monthly - way higher than the 12k threshold indicated in the doc above. Advice??
No way we're going to pay 2.9% going forward on that kind of volume.
