Our group is a small nonprofit with PayPal donation buttons on our website. We have a donor who says he has made a donation, but that PayPal is telling him the transaction is pending until we, the recipient "accepts" the money. We've never had this issue in the past and on our account there is no indication we need to accept a donation at all. Does anyone know anything about this?

It sounds like the payment is 'Unclaimed' and usually, this happens if the email of the recipient has not been confirmed or if the payment has been sent in a currency not added to the recipient's balance. I would recommend double checking with the sender to see to what email they sent the payment and in which currency.
