How do I set up a recurring donation to a new institution?

I've been through both PayPal help and Google trying to find out how a simple user (not a program developer) can set up a new recurring donation from their existing source of funds.  If there is a page with fairly simple instructions, I have not found it.   I already have recurring payments to 2 institutions, but adding another has become an enigma.  Can anyone please help?  Thanks.

OK, once you create the donate button, add it to your website.

When a user clicks on the donate button there is a checkbox for the option "Make This a Monthly Donation"
