How do I place a PayPal logo on my website?

According to the PayPal website:

In the PayPal Logo Center, you can download logos, graphics and buttons for your homepage and checkout page.

Here's how to access the Logo Center:

1. Click Tools at the top of the page.
2. Select All Tools.
3. Click PayPal Logo Center.
4. Click See the source code.
5. Copy the code and paste it to your website.

The link is broken and PayPal Logo Centre is not listed under all tools. How do I do this?
