Hi everyone, how do I hide my personal email address on emails sent to customers after they make a purchase? This was initially a personal Paypal account which I converted to a business account later.
My personal email address shows up under "Merchant" and after "Payment sent to" information in the "Receipt for Your Payment" email sent to the customer automatically.
I have already set Email address to "Don't show to customers" under Tools->Invoicing->Settings->Business Information.
Before my full name was being shown in the email receipt along with my business name but after I removed it from Business Information it no longer shows. But the email address still does.
I would prefer not having to change my primary email to a business email because I just find it easier to check my personal email.
